Home Delivery

​

Because our Home Delivery service is exceptional and is done directly by us as Wineface, the parcels will be delivered to private addresses only to ensure the 100% safety of the wines. Office delivery is not available in order to avoid potential situations such as damage and/or loss of the parcel.

Wineface Home Delivery Days & Times

​

We deliver every Tuesday and Friday between 17:00 and 20:00. 

To ensure the Tuesday delivery, please complete your order latest by Tuesday 13:00. To ensure the Friday delivery, please complete your order latest by Friday 13:00. 

 

Example: 

It is Sunday and you want to receive your wines on Tuesday. You will then have time to complete your order anytime between Sunday and Tuesday, latest by Tuesday at 13:00.

 

If you're not present during the given delivery times (i.e., Tuesdays and Fridays, between 17:00 and 20:00) at the address you provided, we might contact you on phone for access. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery charge of EUR 5.

Pricing

​

Delivery cost per order is EUR 5.

This price applies exclusively to our Home Delivery service taking place in the specified areas of Düsseldorf.

 

The price includes both the delivery and our safe, recyclable cardboard boxes for standard-sized 750ml wine bottles. Delivery without these boxes is not possible in order to avoid any damages the bottles might get during the delivery.
